Dan Istvanik

I’ve been blessed to share my life’s journey with my wonderful wife, Melissa, since 2000. Our family is complete with our two amazing children, Jenna and Kaleb. Since 2020, we’ve been members of the Avenue staff team. Since 1994, I have been serving churches, both as a youth pastor and as a family pastor, in different regions around the country. In addition to my roles within my churches, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to various ministry organizations through writing, speaking, and content creation. Outside of my job, you’ll often find me pursuing my passions: whether it’s basking in the beauty of the beach, exploring new destinations through travel, or immersing myself in the great outdoors. Fun Fact: a few years back, I rekindled my love for skateboarding and now continue to longboard whenever time allows.
