May 15th Update- We have received $150,000 towards the For Our Family Fund! As we evaluate the last two months of the ministry year, we will be evaluating how to utilize the unused funds ($25K) during the summer months.
April 17th Update- Total received is $145,000 from 75 different families! The new projectors and new sound system have been installed. Our mortgage loan on the Auditorium has been refinanced, and because of the principal payment made in February, we were able to secure a loan that helps decrease our monthly payment by nearly $4,000!
March 15th Update- We've received nearly $135,000 and have had 75 families from Avenue give to the Fund. The $50,000 principal payment was made in March and the installation of the new HVAC unit finished this week. The projectors will be installed during Holy Week and the sound system will be installed mid-April.
February 8th Update- After 3 months, we have received over $125,000! We will be moving forward with three different capital projects: installation of a new soundboard and audio/visual system, two new side projectors in our Auditorium and a new HVAC unit in our Kids Area. We will also be making a $50,000 principal payment in preparation for our Auditorium re-finance in the Spring.
January 7th Update- After two months, we've received $77,423! We will have more details about the amount of families who have given and the next steps to utilize the funds later this month.
December 7th Update- After one month, we've had 29 families give to the fund and we have received $21,307! Continue to pray this week for our meetings with multiple bank lenders as we negotiate a new loan for our building.
